Following two seasons with a total of ten victories, the time of the BMW M3 DTM 2013 has come to an end. It is replaced by the BMW M4 DTM – a debut with a bang. Marco Wittmann seizes victory in the very first race at Hockenheim, heralding a fantastic season. Wittmann wins four races and secures his first DTM drivers' title in 2014 in commanding style – a tremendous feat that he is able to repeat in 2016. Wittmann is the only BMW driver and the youngest driver in DTM history to win the championship twice.
